Every Sofia Toscano piece is designed to bring beauty, comfort, and sustainable value into your home. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer a free return within 14 days of delivery.

How it works:

1. Email info@sofiatoscano.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
3. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refund:
Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue the refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
